Today our community mourns the loss of a true legend. Our most sincere condolences go out to our President of Council Mark Tortorice and his family as they mourn the loss of Marks father Archie Tortorice.
Archie was a past Councilman and Council President, always a pillar in the community. Whether you know it or not if you have grown up in Port Vue Archie has probably touched your life in some way through out the years. Always willing to give in any way to make the Borough a better place.
Please keep the Tortorice family in your thoughts and prayers. Rest in peace Archie.
You will be missed and the Borough is a better place because of your acts of generosity and kindness.
Your most beloved community.
