The Port Vue Citizens Committee is a non-political organization dedicated to the overall betterment of Port Vue through the creation on new activities, programs and ideas.

Some of our recent activities include:

  1. Monthly youth dances
  2. Nature hikes conducted by Keystone State Park Rangers.
  3. Welcome wagon program
  4. Spring and fall neighborhood yard sales
  5. Senior appreciation day – Free spaghetti dinner to residents over 60
  6. Basketball skills clinic
  7. Neighborhood cookouts
  8. Port Vue lights contest
  9. Haunted hayrides
  10. Help with Fun-To-Be-A-Kid-Day
  11. Community crime watch program
  12. Helped with the Fireman’s fair & held community day activities.

We also help with various fund raisers, literacy drives and made donations to the area Food Banks, Port Vue Athletic Assocation, Port Vue Fire Department, Boys and Girls Scouts and the Halloween committee.

The Port Vue Citizens Committee meets at 7:00 PM on the last Tuesday of every month at the Port Vue Borough Building.
