Rental Registration and Information

RENTAL REGISTRATION LICENSING AND INFORMATION FOR 2026

Rental License annual fee is $50.00 residential and $75.00 commercial.  Please complete and return all paperwork as described below.

1. Important changes to rental properties
2. Rental Registration Ordinances 2018-620 and amendment to Rental Registration Ordinance 2026-672.
3. Regulation of Rental Dwelling Units Ordinance Summary.
4. Addendum to Residential Rental Agreement, (to be completed for each unit, attached to lease and a original returned to Borough office).
5. Rental License Registration Form,(to be completed for each unit and returned to Borough office with payment)
